Deanta

First project and next steps

This isn't a contract. It's a record of what both parties expect from a first project, so that if the project goes well, we can move straight into the work rather than starting a new conversation.

01If the first project succeeds

On the basis that the first project is successful, we envisage:

During the first project

  • Shadow sessions at each key stage, so your team sees exactly how the work is done
  • The first project will be invoiced at the agreed rates on 30-day terms, unless otherwise agreed

03What success looks like

Choose up to three measures we'll judge the first project against at the review.

04Decision

What both parties intend once the first project has been reviewed.

If the first project meets the measures above, both parties intend to move into the working model described in section 1, starting from the date given there.

If it doesn't, we'll meet to agree what needs to change, or part on good terms.
